Suggestions:

Your habits and ticks are saved only in this browser on this device (localStorage). Nothing is sent to our servers.

Health note: This is a personal habit checklist, not a medical record or health advice. The medication reminder is a generic reminder only -- always take medication as prescribed by your doctor or pharmacist and ask them if you have questions.

How it works

Start with the suggested habits or add your own, then tick each one off when you do it. The progress bar shows how many you have completed today, the dots show the last seven days, and the streak counts consecutive days. Everything resets for a new day automatically at midnight and is stored only in your browser, so there is no account, no sign-in and nothing on our servers. Data older than about 13 months is pruned automatically to keep things light.

Is this a medical record?

No. It is a simple personal checklist. It stores only the names of your habits and which days you ticked them -- no health measurements, symptoms or medical details. The medication reminder is a generic tick box only; it does not give medication advice.

Where is my data stored?

Only in your own browser's local storage on this device. Nothing is sent to our servers or included in analytics. It won't sync to other devices, and clearing your browser data removes it. Use 'Delete all data' to remove it yourself.

How are streaks counted?

A streak is the number of days in a row you have ticked a habit, up to today. If you haven't ticked it yet today, the streak counts up to yesterday, so it doesn't reset until the day is over.

How many habits can I track?

Up to 12. Pick from the suggestions or add your own, with names up to 40 characters.
