ImageTools Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of ImageTools at tools.ourpaisa.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Permitted Use
ImageTools is provided for personal and business use to resize, crop, compress, convert, and otherwise process images, and to create PDFs from images, that you have the right to use. You may use the Service for any lawful purpose consistent with these Terms.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- process content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have the right to use;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure, including automated abuse of the admin login or analytics endpoints;
- attempt to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, including the admin area;
- use the Service to distribute malware or other harmful content;
- misrepresent your identity in a way intended to harm others.
Your Files and Responsibility for Content
Because processing happens locally in your browser, you retain full control over — and responsibility for — the images and files you choose to process. You're solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions for any image you use with the Service, and for how you subsequently use any file you generate with it.
Generated Outputs
ImageTools helps you generate resized, cropped, compressed, converted, or PDF-combined versions of your own images. You're responsible for reviewing generated outputs before relying on or distributing them. We don't guarantee that outputs will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose — see also our Disclaimer.
Service Availability
We aim to keep ImageTools available and working well, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and the Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Intellectual Property
The ImageTools name, branding, design, and underlying code (excluding your own images and files) belong to us or our licensors. You retain all rights to the images and files you upload and generate through the Service. Third-party libraries used by ImageTools remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their own open-source licenses.
Third-Party Content and Files
ImageTools does not review, endorse, or take responsibility for the content of images or files you choose to process. We're not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party libraries the Service loads, beyond our reasonable control.
YouTube API Services
The YouTube Channel Analyzer uses YouTube API Services. By using those features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Revenue figures shown by our YouTube tools are estimates calculated by OurPaisa Tools. They are not provided by YouTube and are not the actual earnings of any creator.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImageTools and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data or files. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
Termination and Restriction of Abusive Use
We may restrict or block access to the Service for any user or address we reasonably believe is abusing it, attempting unauthorized access, or violating these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.
